Relevant Literature

The resources included here describe practices that have been used in Tribal communities to confront and address child maltreatment. They highlight Tribally owned and developed practices, practice models that have undergone a Tribal adaptation, and evidence-based practices that show promise for cultural adaptation. All resources were collected as part of our review (full review can be accessed here) of the peer-reviewed literature and reflect what can be found primarily in academic publishing venues by searching academic databases, online search engines, and government agency websites.
