The Native American Fatherhood and Families Association (NAFFA) offers programs to strengthen Native American families through responsible fatherhood and motherhood. NAFFA parents learn to take a leadership role in keeping families together and growing healthy children. is working to reconnect not only native families but all families, starting with the father. The program has been introduced to approximately 20,000 mothers and fathers.
Albert Pooley, president of the association, conducted a two-day workshop in Fort Hall recently for social service facilitators from Idaho and Wyoming to promote his model for building healthy families.
